Local Delivery Simplified
Boundaries was founded by Angel Chapman, a Marine veteran with experience as a General Manager, Area Supervisor, delivery driver, and business owner.
After working on both sides of the delivery process, Angel saw the same problems again and again.
As a restaurant operator, customers held restaurants responsible for late deliveries, cold food, and missing orders that were often outside of the restaurant's control.
As a delivery driver, long trips, unpredictable routes, and inconsistent opportunities made it difficult to work efficiently.
While restaurants, drivers, and customers all depended on delivery, the system often worked against everyone involved.
That experience inspired the creation of Boundaries.
Instead of relying on large delivery areas and rotating driver networks, Boundaries was built around local delivery zones, recurring driver relationships, and local accountability.
The goal is simple:
• Help restaurants regain control of delivery.
• Help drivers stay local.
• Help customers enjoy a more reliable delivery experience.
Today, Boundaries is launching its pilot program in Loudoun County, Virginia, with a vision of building stronger delivery networks one community at a time.

Before Boundaries, I worked as a General Manager, Area Supervisor, and delivery driver.
I experienced the same frustrations that restaurants and drivers deal with every day.
As a restaurant operator, I watched customers blame restaurants for late deliveries, cold food, and missing orders we couldn't control.
As a driver, I dealt with unpredictable routes, long trips, and inconsistent opportunities.
The delivery system wasn't working for anyone.
So I built something different.
