Founded by a minority woman, a Marine veteran who’s been through it all—General Manager, Area Supervisor, and third-party delivery driver—I saw the delivery system’s flaws firsthand and knew it was time for a change.
As a driver, I dreaded unpredictable routes, unclear zones, and long hauls for tiny tips. The constant uncertainty of where I’d end up next was exhausting. As a General Manager and Area Supervisor, third-party platforms left me frustrated with late deliveries, cold food, and unhappy customers. The inefficiencies were undeniable—and the solutions non-existent.
That’s when I decided to create Boundaries: an app designed by us, for us. It simplifies the delivery process, delivering faster, more predictable results for both restaurant owners and drivers.
